Our company was founded in 1936 based on an artesian
experience, and since then has been successful in the expansion
of the taps and fittings business.
In 1936 after having gained some experience by working in small
companies, Mr. Alfredo Rossi decided to satisfy his own aspirations
of self-entrepreneurship. He then founded the Omax Company, and
made it a success.
His two sons Giuseppe and Dario joined their father, making OMAX
a family business, and sharing the duties and responsibilities
of the company.
OMAX became the name of the company after Dario's sons Massimo
and Omar joined the company, continuing the tradition of seriousness
and always being open to new and modern technology.
To support the constant growth of our clients and to satisfy their
demands for higher quality products, Omax felt the necessity to
build a new plant in Fontaneto d'Agogna with an area of 10,000
square meters
Production:
For the production of taps and fittings the company uses very
modern technology and machinery. Our assembly line, completely
robotized, allows a remarkable productivity able to satisfy any
possible type of need, in particular for the large distributor
chains.
The entire production process, (fusion, turnings, polishing, chroming
and assembling), is supervised by very professional and skilled
staff. Omax has obtained the ISO Certification ISO 2002 from the
Dutch board KIWA for the above mentioned reasons

Modern techniques and machinery support our production of taps
and fittings.
This equipment allows us high productivity standards to satisfy
every need of our clients, especially for the big distributors.
In fact we also work with big supermarket chains all over Europe.
We adopted new antitheft packaging (very important in supermarkets)
using cellophane and blister. This gives not only high security
to the retailer but it is also very attractive to the buyer.
As our products are also stored in a warehouse in Germany, we
can deliver to countries like Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany
Luxemburg and the Netherlands within a very short delivery time.
Our prices are very competitive, especially for our so-called
"economic" products. The quality of all our products
is tested in "quality control" centers in Germany.
